I am an experienced NHS paediatric practitioner venturing out into private practice to supplement my part time NHS income, stretch my personal skills and meet highly motivated families.

I have specialist post graduate training and experience working with Deaf children within education, at home and as part of a multi disciplinary team i.e NDCAMHS in London. I have experience working with students in further education settings (16-24) with wide ranging communication needs.

More recently I have moved North of the border to Moray and adopted a Band 7 role managing a generalist caseload. I am equipped to support a wide range of communication challenges. I am particularly interested in using generic interventions such as VERVE (Keena Cummins) and Intensive Interaction to offer a functional and empowerimg approach to improve the innate communication ability of all children and adults. I have chosen to begin my private practice adventure offering VERVE to pre-school children and their families.

Please contact me for an initial conversation about the person for whom you care deeply, I am happy to offer free telephone. Mona
