Tessa Ackerman and Zoe Coates both have over 25 years’ experience working in the NHS and the private sector. Since 2011 we have provided a specialist independent service (ACT for Yorkshire Ltd) for adults across the Yorkshire region with communication, voice and swallowing difficulties. We work with people following a stroke, head injury, with a progressive neurological condition (e.g. Parkinson’s disease, Dementia) and voice disorders, offering flexible therapy programmes tailored to your individual requirements. We are both LSVT certified clinicians. We work for private individuals, case managers and are recognised providers for most health insurance companies.
