I predominantly work with children and adults who have complex physical and learning disabilities and am passionate about helping people to achieve their communicative potential. I have a specialist interest in Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), both low and high tech systems. I have extensive experience and additional training in supporting individuals who use Voice Output Communication Aids (VOCAs). I believe that a functional and multidisciplinary approach is essential to supporting individuals in developing their communication skills. I work at a range of locations including schools, day centres, early years settings and the individuals home.
