I am a stammering specialist with over 15 years’ experience supporting children of all ages and adults who stammer. In addition to my established private practice, I am currently an NHS Clinical Lead for Stammering.

I have been fortunate to work at the internationally-renowned Michael Palin Centre for Stammering and have run a range of adult therapy courses at City Lit, London.

I am wholly client-led in my therapy and use a solution-focused approach. I have extensive specialist training incorporating psychological-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I see clients throughout the UK on Zoom and can also offer in-person sessions in the Brighton and Hove area.
