I have over 35 years experience working with physical disabilities, learning difficulties and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). I have extensive experience in working with: children and young people and adults who use AAC e.g. signing; graphic symbols; Voice Output Communication Aids (VOCAs); access to technology; cause and effect software; supportive writing software. I can provide; training in all areas of AAC; AAC audits for schools; setting up outreach work; medico-legal and SENDIST assessments as an Expert Witness. I work with individuals, their families/carers and other professionals to assess AAC needs and set up communication systems.  I see clients in their homes and/or schools as well as offering remote working (teletherapy) where appropriate.
