I am an experienced SLT (30 years) for adults with speech, language, communication and swallowing disability. I work with adults with neurological, voice and fluency (stammering) diffculties providing a bespoke approach working towards your goals. My experiences working in multilingual/ multicultural communities and healthcare teams make me committed to equity of access of SLT services for people from diverse backgrounds. Independent SLT allows me to work more intensively when required, offering techniques such as LSVT Loud (for Parkinsons) and Comprehensive Aphasia Therapy (for people with brain injury including stroke), in locations suitable for you and/ or teletherapy. I am committed to ongoing continuing professional development and registered in a variety of treatment methods including foundation level Personal Construct Psychology. I offer supervision to SLT colleagues in the UK and elsewhere, and am a committe member for Communication Therapy International.
