Unfortunately, Elaine is not currently able to offer appointments to any new individual children.

Elaine qualified as a Speech & Language Therapist in 1995 and worked primarily for school based services for the NHS until 2016. Since working independently, Elaine has continued to work directly with several mainstream schools in North London and Hertfordshire and with a small caseload of individual children locally in East Herts. Elaine has extensive experience of working with children who have a wide range of communication needs. Elaine can provide both specialist assessments and direct therapy for children and training packages for school staff. Elaine has particular skills in working with children who have developmental language disorder, language delay, learning difficulties and speech sound difficulties. Elaine believes the best outcomes are achieved when she can work together with parents/carers and schools to meet the individual needs of each child.
