Liz Nimmo has over 22 years’ experience of working with children with a wide range of speech, language, literacy and social-emotional difficulties. She has worked both in the NHS and in special and mainstream schools, working with primary and secondary school-aged children. She has experience of working with children and teenagers with language impairments/delay, literacy difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, ADD/ADHD, selective mutism, speech sound difficulties, learning difficulties and cerebral palsy. Over the years, Liz has created a wide range of resources so that sessions can be fun and motivating, as well as effective in enabling pupils to achieve their goals.
ASLTIP’s membership has been growing rapidly since 1989. We are a support organisation run by our members. The executive board is always grateful for new members and new ideas.
