I am an enthusiastic and passionate speech, language, communication and behaviour therapist. I run a small, independent speech and language therapy service in Essex and the East Midlands.

Conscious Communication SLT provides therapy and consultancy services for children with a range of speech, language and communication needs. We currently hold face-to-face clinics in Brentwood and Nottingham. I also offer ‘virtual’ assessment and therapy sessions over Skype and Zoom. Home and school visits are available on request.

I am passionate about helping children to communicate and the ethos behind my practice is to inform, educate and empower parents and teachers to support children in improving communication across all environments and settings. I have worked extensively in mainstream schools, special schools, ARPs, nurseries and clients’ homes, providing 1:1, group therapy, training, assessment and advice.

Areas of specialism include: children presenting with features of/diagnosed with Autism; language delay/disorder; adult and childhood stammering; attention&listening difficulties; emotional regulation and behaviour management; psychology of communication&interaction.
