Ashleigh is qualified to work with both children and adults presenting with developmental and or acquired communication difficulties. Ashleigh is a Specialist SALT within the NHS working in Special Schools. Ashleigh has a decade of extensive experience in a variety of roles working with children & young people (CYP) who have complex needs; Ashleigh specialises working with CYP who have complex needs as well as those who require access to Alternative & Augmentative Communication (AAC) support. Additionally Ashleigh has a Specialist Level post graduate qualification enabling her to assess and support children & adults living with dysphagia (eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties).

Ashleigh at The Therapy Tree is a multi qualified professional who can also provide Complimentary Therapies and Enabling/Care; Ashleigh recognises the links between living with ‘different abilities’, communication challenge and Social Emotional & Mental Health needs in both the person and their carers / families / key people. Ashleigh believes in supporting people holistically and incorporating goals into everyday life. Ashleigh is passionate about helping people overcome challenges and live their life happy.
